Overview

Benchmark Diagnostics provides operations software for ADAS calibration shops, dealerships, and collision repair centers. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to shop owners and their teams.

Information We Collect

• Account information you provide when creating a shop or being invited to one (name, work email, role).
• Operational data you enter into the platform — estimates, customers, vehicles, service catalog items, and invoices.
• Standard service logs needed to operate and secure the platform (sign-in events, IP address, device type).

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to operate the platform, authenticate users, isolate each shop's data from every other shop, and improve reliability and performance. We do not sell personal information.

Data Isolation

Each shop's data is isolated using row-level security. Members of one shop cannot access another shop's records. Shop owners control which users belong to their organization and what role each user holds.

Data Retention

We retain shop records for as long as the shop maintains an active account. Owners can request export or deletion of their shop's data by contacting support.
